I'm pleased to announce support for custom statics in FFLogs. You can now label a guild you create as either a Free Company or a Static.
Free Companies have character rosters that are imported from Lodestone and are automatically eligible for guild speed and execution rankings. Characters always belong to a single free company.
Statics have character rosters that have to be created manually. Once you have joined the guild on FFLogs, you will see all of your on-server characters in the Characters pane for that static, and you can choose to associate any of those characters with the static. A character may belong to only one static.
For the purposes of rankings, the guild that is used will always be the static first, so once your character belongs to the static, the free company will no longer be considered for rankings.
In order to earn guild speed and execution rankings, more than 60% of the characters in the run must belong to the guild. This was already true for Free Company rankings, and it applies to Static rankings as well. This means you need to make sure all of the members of your static create accounts on FFLogs, take ownership of their characters, join the static, and then place their characters into the static.
This is a brand new feature, so there are bound to be some bugs. If you encounter any issues or have any questions, feel free to ask them in the official FFLogs Discord or on the FFLogs forums.
